Huawei Investment Casting is a global leading investment casting foundry that incorporate powerful and matchless machining capacities,specializing in the manufacturing of steel castings and machined components,made by lost wax casting process, lost foam casting process ,shell molding process,sand casting process,solica sol casting process,water glass casting process and so on. It consists of 6 facilities, four of which are core factories. It can supply precision casting parts with annual capacity of over 50,000 tons, and the products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Japan,South Korea and other destinations around the world.
Huawei Invesment Casting y was established in 1993, it covers a total area of about 120,000 square meters and has over 600 employees. The headquarters is located in the famous industrial town Yinzhou, Ningbo in China. It is very convenient to be reached with an advantageous geographic position; it is located about 40 kilometers away from the Beilun Port which is the second biggest port in China, and about 25 kilometers away from the Lishe International Airport. The steel casting base is located in Fenghua, Ningbo, a distance of 20 kilometers away from the Headquarters, the foundry is equipped with several types of energy-saving & environmentally-friendly lost wax and shell molding casting production lines including automatic or semi-automatic production lines of key processes: wax pattern making, shell making with Sodium Silicate and Silica Sol, pouring, heat treatment. In 2024, a new state-of-the-art foundry was established in Xiangshan, Ningbo. It features advanced lost foam casting technology and automated heat treatment production lines. The designed annual capacity of the foundry is 30,000 tons. The machining base is located at the headquarters and is fully equipped with complete and advanced CNC machining equipment including more than 60 vertical and horizontal machining centers, and more than 70 CNC machine tools and 50 other machines. In 2024, a new machining factory was established in the Fenghua Binhai Development Zone, equipped with more advanced and high-end machining equipment, including gantry machining centers, more than 30 horizontal and vertical machining centers (Okuma brand), over 50 CNC machine tools, three laser cutting machines, flame cutting machine, CNC bending machines, hydraulic presses, welding robot lines, intelligent painting lines and electrocoating lines. The factory integrates a smart logistics system based on AGVs, as well as PLM, ERP and MES systems, delivering high-value-added assemblies and one-stop services.
