Forging of Qianhao:

    Qianhao has the ability to provide carbon steel and alloy steel forgings made by open-die or closed-die forging process.
    Open-die forging involves the shaping of heated metal parts between a top die attached to a ram and a bottom die attached to a hammer, anvil or bolster. In open-die forging, the dies do not enclose the workpiece, allowing it to flow except where contacted by the dies.
    Closed die forging involves two or more dies that contain a precut profile of the desired component. The heated raw material is placed at the bottom of the die. The dies then move towards each other until the raw material is formed into its required shape and size.
    Open die forging is the best choice when large/long components of the material, with high exacting internal conditions (homogeneity), are required. It also suitable for small quantity orders because of low/no investment cost. Compared to the open die forging, the close die forging can achieve more complex geometries, very much close to the dimensions of the finished component. It is used to manufacture series production as this is particularly convenient to absorb the costs the dies. It allows furthermore to use reduced over-dimensions, feature which allows cost savings on input weights as well as on final machining due to less material to remove.
    Forging is a favorable and effective manufacturing process. Each time the metal is beaten, impurities are eliminated and the grains becomes finer, the structure becomes more refined and regular and the metal is transformed into a material that is both flexible and strong. Thus forged parts can achieve high degree of strength and flexibility and stand up to the harshest natural environments.

Heat Treating

    Qianhao facility is equipped with advanced mesh belt furnaces and resistance furnaces, which can perform the conventional heat treatment for casting: normalizing, quenching and tempering. Some special heat treatment processes are contracted to our professional heat treatment partners.

Precision Machining

    Starting from machining  and dedicated to machining for 30 years, Qianhao is matchless regardless of technology, equipment and capacity in the industry. Machining operation is the core and biggest competitiveness of Qianhao. It is not a workshop, but a factory which has been equipped with advanced and complete equipment, and has a complete management team. There have in place independent engineering team, production team, QA team and Supply Chain team to support its activities. The machining blanks cover raw (steel) castings from Huawei foundry and outsourced iron castings, forgings, profiles, etc. The company's powerful machining capabilities is the strong pillar for providing customer with precision machined castings & forgings and profiles.Our capabilities include turning, milling , tapping, broaching, drilling, & many other processes to fit your needs.
    With state-of-the-art equipment and unmatched technical expertise, we turn ideas into reality. Our high quality, precision machining centers and CNC lathes give us great reliability and continuously produce quality parts. Our typical CNC machining cell is made up of two or three machines (lathes or machining centers) under the control of a single operator allowing us to produce components efficiently and at competitive costs. The capability to manufacture our own linings for many of our products strengthens our versatility.
    To ensure the highest quality of the finished products, the use of computer programs is critical. CAD (Computer Aided Design) and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) programs provide detailed blueprints about each step of the precision machining process. Programs like ProE and UG create extremely detailed three-dimensional blueprints. Precision machining can be used on many materials, including steel, iron, aluminum, copper, bronze, and some special alloys.

Suface Treating

    Qianhao is located in one of the most developed industrial areas of China, which means a rich supporting industrial chain give strong impetus to our industrial development. All surface treatments are available around us and these plants meet and pass the government's environmental requirements. They have rich experience in processing export products. They are also our trusted partners. Except painting, other surface treatment jobs are contracted to them.

Sheet Metal

    We supply our OEM customers sheet metal parts where castings are involved, where metal plate are often welded into a structural parts with the some castings. This development enables us to provide customers with more metal parts in addition to castings, and realize our goal of total solution and one-stop service. We have two plasma cutter and a laser cutter.
